Administrative divisions of Peru

Hello, I've reverted your edits to the administrative divisions section of the Peru article. The division by departments is no longer used as it has been replaced by a division in regions since 2002. That is supported by clear sources in the article so I don't think there's room for debate about this point. Picture gallery

Government Palace
